Development Charges
We can install the OS for you on your platform and configure for you a customer ready final disk image. Naturally costs vary depending on the complexity of the project please contact us to discuss your needs. We have a mutual non-disclosure agreement to sign to guarantee your, and our valuable IP. For many products the costs of having us prepare your system image for you is recovered quickly the cost savings of using smaller storage solutions (c.f. price difference between 32MB and 120MB Flash Memory).
Our Guarantee: We guarantee 100% success if the product can be demonstrated working on a regular Windows 98, Windows Millennium PC.

Distribution Licensing
We can recover our costs via initial up-front engineering and licensing charges, or we can balance a lower development cost with per-unit license fees on your shipping product. Microsoft Licensing
LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd produces tools to customize Microsoft Windows operating systems. To Microsoft this makes us the "Third Part Installer" and we can not sell Microsoft End User or OEM licenses to you. We only license our OWN work, either by licensing our installer software, or by licensing to you an operating system configuration that we develop on your behalf. The responsibility for licensing the actual operating system itself from Microsoft Corporation lies with you and/or your OEM contract manufacturer.
For developers of embedded applications for mass-market distribution - the responsibility for licensing lies with the OEM that is doing the final manufacturing. You should consult your OEM/contract manufacturer to ensure they have a dedicated license from Microsoft that permits them to customize the OS.
